What you get

4K video walk-aroundThe full boundary and the inside of the plot, plus the road and the plots next to yours, with commentary.
Boundary stone checkEach corner stone you tell us about: found / disturbed / missing, with a close-up photo.
Geotagged, timestamped photosEvery photo carries GPS coordinates and the date and time, so you know it's your plot and it's today.
One-page reportWhat we saw: dumping, vegetation, encroachment signs, new construction, fencing, gate, access road. Plain language.

How it works

  1. Pay for one visit above.
  2. Fill in the short form you see after paying: the plot location (Google Maps pin, or layout name + site number), and which corners have stones. Gated layout? Email us the signed authorisation letter.
  3. We confirm your area and the visit date by reply, then visit within 7 days. We cover Bangalore and the usual plot belts around it (Sarjapur, Hoskote, Devanahalli, Kanakapura Road, Mysore Road, Tumkur Road, Anekal). Outside those, ask first. If we can't reach your plot, you get a full refund.
  4. Video, photos and report reach you within 48 hours of the visit.

Gated layouts

Many layouts only let in owners or people they authorise. Fill in our authorisation letter template, sign it, and email it to us after booking. If security still refuses entry, we shoot whatever is visible from the gate and road and refund half.

What this is not

An observation visit: we look, record and report. It is not a land survey, a legal opinion, a title check or a valuation. We don't remove encroachments, file police complaints or deal with neighbours for you. If the report shows a problem, take it to your lawyer or a licensed surveyor.

Questions

How do I know you actually went to my plot?

Every photo is geotagged and timestamped, and the video starts at a landmark you can recognise (road sign, layout gate, a neighbouring building) before walking to your plot.

What if my boundary stones are missing?

We record it clearly with photos and coordinates. Re-fixing stones needs a licensed surveyor, which we don't do, but the report is the evidence you'd hand them.

Can you visit regularly?

Yes, book again whenever you like. A quarterly plan is coming; email us if you want to be first on it.

Who actually visits?

A field person we send, who walks the plot with a phone camera and GPS on, following a fixed checklist. They only look and record: no entering locked or fenced property, no talking to neighbours on your behalf.

Is my plot location kept private?

Your location and documents are used only for the visit, the media is shared only with you, and documents are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. Details in the terms.

Refunds?

Full refund if we can't visit within 7 days of receiving your plot details. Half refund if a gated layout refuses entry despite your letter. Details in the terms.
